Welcome to Donate4Dogs, Inc. (“Donate4Dogs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at Donate4Dogs.org (the “Site”). By visiting our Site, signing up for updates, submitting information, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Use of Site

  • The Site is currently a pre-launch landing page. Content, services, and sweepstakes may change at any time before official launch.
  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Site, sign up for updates, donate, or participate in any sweepstakes once launched.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
  1. Information You Provide
  • If you submit your email or other information, you agree that it is accurate and belongs to you.
  • By providing your email, you consent to receive updates and communications from Donate4Dogs. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  1. Donations (Pre-Launch)

  • Donations made to Donate4Dogs support our mission of funding animal shelters and related charitable programs.
  • Donations do not guarantee entry into sweepstakes until the official launch and publication of the Official Rules for each promotion.
  • Tax Status: Donate4Dogs, Inc. has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Until our application is approved by the IRS, donations are not guaranteed to be tax deductible. If our application is approved, the IRS determination may apply retroactively to the date of our incorporation, in which case donations made after that date may become deductible. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of contributions.
  • No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes. Alternative methods of entry will be provided as required by law and will be outlined in the Official Rules for each sweepstakes.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Donate4Dogs or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donate4Dogs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Site;
  • Unauthorized access to your data;
  • Reliance on information provided before official launch.
